The training program, organized under collaboration with the Center for the Study of Religion and Culture (CSRC) of the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta, addressed Takmir (mosque management), Imam and Khatib as participants. Receiving the training, they were expected to be able to work in synergy to promote unity in Islam, prevent religious-based violence, mediate conflicts between communities and promote Islam as a peaceful religion that could enlighten other people.

The purpose of the training was to strengthen the capacity of the Takmir, Imam, and Khatib as the actors who played roles in spreading soft knowledge and appropriate perspectives about religions, and correlating them with contemporary issues and discourses in the contexts of theology, nationality and society.
