PVE advocacy through awareness raising events at campuses, schools

Millennials are the main target of the spread of radicalism and extremism. They are potential “seeds” to grow negative fanatism and terrorism. Education institutions, the places where they seek knowledge and shape characters, are also prone to radicalism and terrorism. As an attempt to share knowledge about the danger of radicalism and extremism, as well as to learn how to tackle them, Convey Indonesia worked together with Global Peace Foundation Indonesia to initiate Millennials Peace Festival. The event was expected to be the place to share general knowledge and steps to take to counter extremism in the education environment.
